How long is order processing and shipping?

- ORIGINALS SHIPPING PROCESS: 1-7 BUSINESS DAYS
- COLLECTIBLES SHIPPING PROCESS: 1-3 WEEKS

(excludes weekends and holidays)

We will email you a confirmation once it ships and that will include tracking information as well.



I need my order soon, do you offer priority shipping?
No, we only accommodate standard shipping.



Can I Cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we will be unable to process your cancellation. Once an order is placed, it is processed and it can not be canceled.


My package never arrived, what do I do?
Please email us if your package hasn’t arrived after two days from when it was marked delivered.


Why do I have to sign an affidavit?
We need this document to properly file a claim on your behalf. If your order is lost, we have to report it to the shipping courier. By signing and returning the affidavit you are confirming the details of your lost package.
